I can see you have your arm ready to show the direction you want the discus to go in. I can also see you are working on where to put your feet. Remember when throwing the discus we want the power to come from our hips by swinging through and the arm following. How could you position your body, so that you get the most from your throw?
I also saw you trying really hard with the Te Rakau this week. I am glad that you continued until you learnt all the moves. You should be really proud of yourself.
